Introducing the WR31 Series: A High-pressure, High-flow Reducing Regulator. This technical marvel is engineered to handle extreme pressures with a maximum inlet pressure of 4500psig/6000psig. Customize your outlet pressure with ranges of 0~300, 0~600, 0~1000, 0~1500, or 0~2500 PSIG. The internal components are crafted for durability and precision, featuring a valve seat made from PCTFE, an FKM O-ring, and a 316L piston. Whether facing freezing -40ºC or scorching +74ºC (-40°F~+165°F), this regulator performs without visible helium leakage, ensuring no internal or external air bubbles. With a flow coefficient (Cv) of 2.0, the valve body ports are ready to connect with 1/4NPT inlets and outlets, plus a 1/4NPT pressure gauge port. Cleaned and packaged to AST G93 Class C standards, this regulator is designed for hydrogen energy applications demanding high pressure and flow. The innovative piston sensing design offers a broad outlet pressure adjustment range, accommodating both non-corrosive and standard gases. For specialized requirements, an oxygen environment application option is available.
