WR31 Series High Pressure, High Flow Reducing Regulator Technical Data - Experience unmatched precision with our WR31 Series Regulator, designed for high-pressure and high-flow applications. Technical Specifications: Enjoy a maximum inlet pressure of either 4500 PSIG or 6000 PSIG with an adjustable outlet pressure range of 0~300, 0~600, 0~1000, 0~1500, 0~2500 PSIG. Engineered with PCTFE valve seal, FKM O-ring, and robust 316L piston, our regulator performs flawlessly in temperatures ranging from -40ºC to +74ºC (-40°F to +165°F). Meticulous leakage control ensures no visible helium air bubbles both internally and externally. With a flow coefficient (Cv) of 2.0, the valve body port is expertly crafted with 1/4NPT inlets and outlets, as well as a pressure gauge port. Cleaned and packaged following AST G93 Class C cleaning standards, our regulator is perfect for high-pressure hydrogen energy applications. Its piston sensing design offers a broader outlet pressure adjustment range, making it ideal for both non-corrosive and standard gas applications, with an optional feature for oxygen environment usage.
