Product Features
1. Double stage type diaphragm structure.1. Before installing the pressure reducing valve, the pipeline must be cleaned, and the gas should be continuously purged to thoroughly remove impurities and particles generated during pipeline cutting, such as iron filings.
2. The filter must be installed upstream of the pressure reducing valve, otherwise the system particles will damage the seat, resulting in internal leakage of the regulator, downstream pressure rise, easy to damage the outlet pressure gauge or other equipment. A filter element with an accuracy of not less than 20 microns is recommended.
3. NPT thread installation is not recommended to use thread glue or liquid raw material belt, improper operation can easily lead to liquid flow to the valve filter, and lead to blockage of the filter, the final valve port no pressure, or the flow rate is too low.
4. In the flowing state, turn the handle clockwise to increase the outlet pressure and counterclockwise to decrease the outlet pressure. When the outlet pressure is reduced to zero, the handle of the pressure reducing valve should be in a loose state. Excessive counterclockwise rotation of the handle may lead to thread jam, or the handle is loose and cannot be adjusted again.
5. It is not recommended to use the reducing valve as a globe valve function for a long period of time, otherwise the seat may be deformed, resulting in an unstable flow rate.
6. Handle with care to avoid any impact, especially on reducing valves with pressure gauges. Pressure gauges are sensitive components and may be damaged by external forces.
