WR31 Series High Pressure, High Flow Reducing Regulator Technical Data: This superior regulator offers a maximum inlet pressure of 4500psig/6000psig, with an adaptable outlet pressure range of 0~300, 0~600, 0~1000, 0~1500, and 0~2500 PSIG, providing versatility for diverse applications. Crafted with precision, its internal components include a PCTFE Valve Seat and FKM O-ring, complemented by a 316L piston, all ensuring optimal performance. Operate this regulator confidently in extreme temperatures from -40ºC to +74ºC (-40°F to +165°F). Ensuring the highest integrity, it features zero visible air bubble leakage, both internally and externally, even under rigorous helium testing. With a flow coefficient (Cv) of 2.0, it supports efficient flow management. The valve body accommodates 1/4NPT Inlet, Outlet, and Pressure Gauge Ports. Guaranteeing purity, each unit is meticulously cleaned and packaged as per AST G93 Class C standards. Key Features: Perfect for high-pressure, high-flow hydrogen energy applications; its piston sensing design allows a broader outlet pressure range. Suitable for non-corrosive and standard gases, with an optional oxygen environment application for enhanced adaptability.
