WV4 series low-pressure diaphragm valves are designed for semiconductor, solar photovoltaic, laboratory and other applications that need to lay gas pipeline systems. The diaphragm valve is suitable for the application of high purity gas and provides on/off function. The maximum working pressure of the low-pressure manual diaphragm valve is 150psi(10bar).Diaphragm valve 100% passed helium leak detection test and function test before leaving the factory.

Diaphragm valve installation methods mainly include the following: |
1. Horizontal installation: this is the most common installation method, suitable for liquids and gases, and easy to open and close. When installing, ensure that the fluid can pass smoothly, and pay attention to the opening direction of the valve. |
2. Vertical installation: suitable for conveying viscous liquid, such as honey, etc., which can prevent particulate matter or air bubbles from being fixed on the diaphragm, resulting in blockage or air leakage. Ensure that the upper and lower end faces of the valve body are parallel during installation. |
3. Lateral installation: it is suitable for places with limited space, and the diaphragm valve is installed on the side of the pipeline. |
4. Inclined installation is usually used in the environment where the installation site is limited, such as narrow cracks or uneven terrain in the field. The valve is inclined to facilitate the normal operation of the fluid. However, the inclination angle should not be too large, and it is recommended not to exceed 10 degrees. |
5. Preparation before installation: Before installation, check the valve specifications, clean up the internal sundries, and ensure the parallel alignment of piping flange surfaces. |
Precautions: When installing, avoid using grease to paint the valve, so as to prevent rubber from aging and affect the service life of the valve. |
