Product Description
WV4 series low-pressure diaphragm valves are designed for semiconductor, solar photovoltaic, laboratory and other applications that need to lay gas pipeline systems. The diaphragm valve is suitable for the application of high purity gas and provides on/off function. The maximum working pressure of the low-pressure manual diaphragm valve is 150psi(10bar).
Diaphragm valve 100% passed helium leak detection test and function test before leaving the factory.

Production strength
1. Clean workshop assembly
All products are completed in grade 100 and grade 1000 clean workshops, and 100% passed helium inspection seal test and functional test before leaving the factory.
At present, Wofly has built a dust-free workshop with 100 levels (more than 100 m2) and 1,000 levels (more than 500 m2). The production team is composed of a young automated production team of 30 people. With the help of customized automated tooling and test equipment, the average output of valves can reach 4000 pieces per month.
2. Maching workshop
Wofly's machining workshop has several CNC lathes, turning and milling compound and machining centers. Used for processing and producing spare parts such as valve body, nozzle, nut, plug, gasket, handle, coupling and so on. In addition, we are equipped with automatic deburring machines, ultrasonic cleaning machines and other peripheral equipment, which not only ensures the production efficiency of spare parts, but also improves the quality of spare parts. Spare parts are mainly used for pressure regulators, diaphragm valves,check valves,ball valves,needle valves,Tube fittings,ferrule connectors and VCR connectors.
The spare parts produced by machining have the advantages of high precision, high efficiency, high material utilization rate and strong stability, which is helpful to improve product quality, reduce production cost and meet customer needs.
