1. Determine the installation location. According to the system requirements and pipeline layout, select the appropriate installation location to ensure the smooth opening and closing of the valve. |
2. Preparation work. Before installation, check whether the valve and pipeline connection ports are clean and free of impurities and dirt. Ensure that the connection port is vertical and free of gaps. |
3. Install the valve. Place the valve in the specified position, pass through the hole and fix it with nuts. Bolts and nuts should be fixed evenly, not too tight or too loose. |
4. Connect the pipes. Connect the inlet and outlet of the valve with the pipeline, and use connectors such as threads and flanges. Make sure that the connection is free from water leakage or air leakage. |
5. Install the transmission. Connect the pneumatic valve with pneumatic actuators as required to ensure the normal operation of the valve. |
6. Debugging and inspection. After installation, check whether the valve can be opened and closed normally to ensure no water leakage or air leakage. If necessary, make adjustments and corrections. |
