The metering valve has an inlet pressure of 0.68 bar (10 psig) and a flow rate of 10-15 ml/min with the handle set at the "0" starting point. Metering valves are not intended for shut-off flow.

After the regulating valve is closed and the internal leak test is carried out with helium at a maximum leak rate of 7x10^-7 mbar.l/s, the handle is set at the starting point of "0".

Note: Regulated weld-sealed metering valves are not recommended for shut-off above 315°C (600°F).
