Function of Secondary Panel: Our EP-grade AFKLOK Regulator and Ball Valve Pressure Reduction Panel with RoHS certification is engineered to skillfully cut-off gas flow while expertly regulating pressure.It ensures precise and steadfast pressure control across a variety of industrial applications, delivering consistent reliability and performance.
Design principle:The secondary panel is meticulously crafted from a pressure-reducing regulator, an outlet pressure gauge, and an outlet diaphragm valve. Both the inlet and outlet are customized with 1/4" VCR ports by default. Hunan Wofly's WLP11 series secondary panels are innovatively designed to provide precise and dependable pressure control in high-flow applications. They are perfectly suited for a diverse range of gases, including corrosive and toxic gases as well as inert gases, ensuring versatility and safety in demanding environments.

Standard (BA):Secondary Panels are cleaned in accordance with our standard cleaning and packaging specifications, and suffixes are not required when ordering. BA-grade: Product Surface roughness reached Ra 0.25 um and can be applied to gases below 6N purity. EP-grade: Product Surface roughness reached Ra 0.13 um and can be applied to gases below 9N purity. |
Oxygen Cleaning (O2):The specification for cleaning and packaging of products for oxygen environments meets ASTMG93 Class C cleaning requirements. When ordering, please add -O2 to the order number. |
