WR31 Series High Pressure High Flow Reducing Regulator - Technical Marvel Unleashed! Dive into the technical brilliance of our WR31 Series, engineered for superior performance. Maximum inlet pressure options range from a robust 4500psig to a formidable 6000psig. Customize your output with a variety of pressure ranges: 0~300, 0~600, 0~1000, 0~1500, and 0~2500 PSIG. Our internal components are crafted with precision: Valve seat is durable PCTFE, O-ring made from resilient FKM, and a sturdy Piston of 316L quality. Designed to operate flawlessly between -40ºC to +74ºC (-40°F to +165°F), this regulator ensures no visible air bubbles, both internally and externally, verified through stringent Helium leakage tests. With a flow coefficient (Cv) of 2.0, and universal valve body ports (1/4NPT for Inlet, Outlet, and Pressure Gauge), our product meets all needs. Meticulously cleaned and packaged as per AST G93 Class C, this regulator is suitable for high-pressure hydrogen energy applications. Its piston sensing design allows for greater flexibility in outlet pressure adjustments and is adaptable for non-corrosive and standard gases. Optional configurations for oxygen environments enhance its versatility.
