Design principle:Hunan Wofly's DCOS11 series semi-automatic conversion system is suitable for continuous gas supply, and the exhaust at one end is automatically switched to the other end. The priority air source can be selected by turning the switch handle. Each diaphragm valve inlet can be connected with a gas cylinder. If a gas manifold is used at the inlet end, two or more gas cylinders may be connected to each inlet end.
Clean process
The product is cleaned and packaged in accordance with AST G93 Class C cleaning requirements.
BA-grade: Product Surface roughness reached Ra 0.25 um and can be applied to gases below 6N purity.
Cleaning for oxygen (O2): It can provide cleaning and packaging specifications for products used in an oxygen environment, which meets the cleaning requirements of ASTMG93 C. When ordering, please add -O2 after the ordering number.

DCOS11 series semi-automatic changeover system is mainly composed of an adjustable outlet pressure reducing valve and a fixed outlet pressure reducing valve.
1. When both air inlets are open, turn the handle, and the side pointed by the arrow will become the first air source.
As shown in Figure 1, when the arrow points to the B side, the B side gas source supplies gas, because the fixed output pressure of the B side pressure regulator is higher than the set pressure of the A side pressure regulator, so that the diaphragm of the A side pressure regulator is separated from the valve core and the valve is closed.
2. As shown in Figure 2, if the gas supply on side A is selected, it is necessary to turn the handle clockwise until the arrow of the handle points to side A. At this time, because the set pressure of the A-side pressure regulator is higher than the fixed output pressure of the B-side pressure regulator, the diaphragm of the B-side pressure regulator is separated from the valve core, and the valve is closed.
3. When the gas supply on one side is exhausted, the gas supply will automatically switch to the other side.
As shown in Figure 1, when the gas source on the B side supplies gas, the pressure is insufficient until the pressure of the gas source on the B side is lower than the set pressure on the A side, the valve on the A side opens under the action of the spring, and the gas source on the A side starts to supply gas, as shown in Figure 3. At the same time, the gas on the A side can flow back to the B side.At this time, if the gas source on the B side is replaced, rotate the pointing handle to the A side, then close the stop valve and open the relief valve to release the residual pressure, and then replace the new gas source. After replacing the new gas source, if the handle is not rotated, the A side will continue to supply gas. If you want to supply gas to side B, please turn the handle and point to side B.
